A PHOTOGRAPHER FRIEND
This gallery will feature my 2nd year of participation in the fabulous, most enjoyable and valuable "Daily Photos Community". I will try to take or process a photo every day as best I can to keep up with daily posts. I have been rewarded with wonderful friendships, advice and growth in my photography and am really proud to be a part of this community. I always enjoy comments and hope you will let me know what you think and constructive criticism is more than welcome, it is greatly appreciated!!!
Post 591 A little bee on flower....at my favorite walking park. I finally took time for a little walk today while Steve did his daily jog. Of course with stopping to take pictures I hardly build up a sweat, but I did do it. Anyway, here is one of the lovely flowers along the path.
Actually, I am excited about their "Fun Day" at the park this coming Saturday. I got a letter in the mail a few days ago that "one or more" photos that I entered last fall have been selected as finalists in their 'clothesline' photo contest. The people who come to the park this Saturday will have a chance to vote on the photos that they will have displayed. I had entered around 20 shots on a DVD..they had to be pictures of the park at different seasons, no recognizable people in the shots as they are looking for pictures to use in promotions and brochures. They said some pictures will have already been put in a flyer or brochure they are handing out on Saturday and credit will be given to the photographers...Keeping my fingers crossed. I'll let you know how it goes, of course.
