Post 196 - 6/28/08 Fun at the seaside! This is just one of several whimsical sculptures outside a house that sits along the boardwalk in Atlantic City ( this might be Ventnor, I'm not sure) We were there to walk on the boardwalk for an hour, then dinner with friends. Just a side note..I liked the Ocean City boardwalk much more! View of the home here: http://cleantth.smugmug.com/gallery/4044477_ghcHA/#321951602_scybC We are off again today to meet friends in Central Park in New York for a free concert. I hope I'll get a decent photo or two from that. Forgive me for not making many comments...We have been running this weekend... I will try and make up a little in the coming week to see your work.. I miss the time to browse your galleries and greatly appreciate the kind comments many of you left for my horse shot yesterday. That was a nice surprise!!! Enjoy your Sunday.
Post 195 6/28/08 He begged me to take his picture!!! Actually, this guy did sort of stand and pose for me to take a few shots. I pass this little farm all the time and think that I should park somewhere and walk over to take pictures, but never have, until yesterday. I even asked permission from the owners! This guy was the only one of the 3 horses there who paid attention to me and seemed to want me to take his picture...so sweet!
Post 194 - 6/27/08 Playing with my macro lens. I have not really used my Tamron 90mm 2.8mm lens and thought I should give it a try. This shot is through one of the windows on my little London Telephone Bank window that my sister-in-law gave me when she returned from a trip to London. Here is a full view of the bank: Telephone Bank Telephone Bank partial view
