Post 677 4.22.10 Meet Raul Malo - If you are not already aware of his name and voice I suggest you go to YouTube and introduce yourself! This terrific Cuban/American musicial has the most gorgeous voice with an amazing range and personable performing style. I was introduced to his music by our own Dailies photog Kathy Clarke of LadyKatesPhotography and had the opportunity to hear him live in Philadelphia at the Tin Angel on Tuesday night. It was a great show and a fabulous opportunity for me to take some pictures. I love doing shooting music performances!!! So many great chances to shoot faces ( my favorite subject!) Post 676 4.20.10 Another from the archives! This was taken last fall...just browsing some old galleries and looking to delete some from my computer to open up more drive space. I really save waaaay too much. I have to learn how to reset my Lightroom settings as I have both the .dng files and .CR2 (RAW) files saved...No wonder my drive filled up so fast. It's a mess. I love taking pictures, but lots of the technology of digital really has me bogged down! Anyone relate to that??? Keeps me from taking pictures lately. I will take pics tonight, though! Lady Kate introduced me to the music of Raul Malo and tonight STeve and I will hear him sing in Center City Philly... I hope to have something to show you tomorrow...I'm so excited!!! Post 675 4.19.10 This is from last fall with a slight crop to edit it. I was working on learning how to use Aperture in the trial and played with making a new watermark on my own this weekend..No new pictures taken, so thought I would post this. It was a cute pup that had been in the crowd when we did the Brain Tumor Walk in Philly last November. I did finish uploading my Cherry Blossom Festival photos from our trip to DC a few weeks ago, too. One of these days I hope I'll get all caught up..in the meantime...off to work this morning.
