Radar

We spent an afternoon walking the Boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey and we got to meet this little guy and his parents Jim and Barb from Bethlehem, PA. Dogs aren't allowed to walk on the boardwalk...sooo they came up with a way to have Radar with them without his walking!
